David and I once lived on a small island in the Pacific Ocean – literally in the middle of nowhere. Before that we lived on Hong Kong Island. Those experiences have given us a life-long fascination with islands. We visit as many as we can and it is always a great adventure.

Wow! That was quite an adventure. What was the reason for living there? I think once you live on an island, you are always called by them.

Wow, straight away tow Australian destination in this list: Tasmania and Cook Islands (an Australian protectorate). I personally would include some of the smaller islands of the Philippines and Caye Caulker in Belize.

I came to check out the competition Ruth…lol. There are beautiful islands all over the world not just in Greece. These places look exquisite, especially Tasmania. Now the one with the jellyfish, are you sure they are harmless, because I have been stung a few times and it was not pretty. I host a weekly party and would love to have you link up, we welcome sponsored posts like this one.
