Cherry blossom season (in Japan and Washington DC) is definitely on my list!! I loved my cooking classes in Italy, but I’d love to learn to waltz in Austria, tango in Argentina, and make dumplings in China. (I also want to the take the class with Radio City Rockets!) I feel like I tend to gravitate towards those cultural experiences (along with the history of a region) whenever I can find them.
