The West of West “WOW” Festival was hosted by the Orange Coast Magazine in conjunction with West Sonoma Coast Vintners. The event took place at The Grand Terrace at Honda Center (home of the Anaheim Ducks).
The event featured wines (from 31 vintners) from the cool coastal climate of the Sonoma Coast. This area, with its many distinct growing regions, is considered one of the world’s leading regions for pinot noir, chardonnay, and syrah.

This is probably one of the most beautiful displays of cheese I have ever seen. They included the following:
Ossau Iraty (Southwest France)
Fromage D’Affinoise (Rhone-Alps, France)
Boschetto at Tartufo (Tuscany, Italy)
They also had Cacciatorino Salami (Paso Robles, California), an assortment of crackers, candied walnuts, and honey.
OC Donut Bar
This donut shop has been voted one of the best of Orange County. For the event, they had Crème Brule, Wine Infused and Chocolate Ganache donuts (in huge quantities).
Keurig
This company had their machines brewing coffee, teas and other blends.
The cruise company provided samples from the Hartford Family Wines. In addition, it hosted a Vacation Planning Zone with information on the cruise line’s award-winning culinary and wine programs and a chance to win a Caribbean cruise.

oh wow! The sweets look tasty, but those savory items really have my stomach grumbling. And I’m usually more of a sweets person, but that cheese, salami, crackers… oh! just looks too delicious! 😀
